ONE COIN is a groundbreaking new series from The Impossible Co., where various masters of coin magic present their own one coin routine, each focusing on a different set of sleights, principles or other ideas. Ponta the Smith, Eric Jones, and David Roth are the main influences on my coin magic and whose work I’ve studied the most. Ponta’s “Sick” DVD was actually second ever coin magic video. I had no idea it wasn’t for beginners! LMAO! But I’ve become very interested in the coin magic coming out of Asia. Especially Vietnam and China.

I'm planning to learn magic and would like to start with coin magic. I just want to ask bec there are several tricks i can purchase and begin with, i would just like to know if empei is the same gimmick as super triple coin trick or sick by ponta or sucker punch? Can you perform same tricks from the ones I've mentioned? Which one do you guys prefer?

begin with some basic coin tricks with no gimmicks just to learn the moves correctly it's already really impressive (sick by ponta is a good start) :)
