I was born here in 79 and lived between Lodz and Zgierz till coming to the US in 87. The city has changed A LOT since then but parts of it still have that griminess of those years. I visited fairly often and honestly the 90s era here was probably what I remember the fondest. The city still had that grimy vibe but the store shelves were no longer empty and there was a whole lot of traffic.

@@OldSzkool There are the cheapest properties and job market is quite good right now. Also it's going through revitalization and I believe in the future it's going to be even better looking city. Another plus for me is that it's close to Warsaw and a place where my family lives.

Yes, I always try to bring some variety into my music selection. At the end of the day, however, it's a very subjective and emotional work, as I process the impressions that I felt in a place by merging the video recordings with the music. To do this, I do edit not only the video recordings but also the music tracks and merge them in a new way. 🥰

Lodz is like Cinderella getting ready for the ball🥰 l'm in Cracow right now visiting the city after 35 years and the city is such a cliche. I'm not excited at all. Now l now why it took me so long to come here😂There are thousands of cities like Cracow in Europe. Lodz isn't an obvious city hence fascinating. It's work in progress🥳 I've been going there every 2 years for the last 24 years and l just can't get enough of it. I lived in Lodz between 1998-2002.

I did not have permission to fly a drone n Łodz. That's why I bought licences to be able to use this drone footage. You have to do the same and to buy licences to be allowed to use the drone footage. You do this via the Shutterstuck platform and in the end credits of my video it is indicated who took the drone footage, so you can then find the footage on Shutterstock. Best regards. 🍀
