Thank you for this. Lived in Zhuhai for 10 years and loved it, this vid brings back some memories. The London Lounge was owned by my friend, it moved to Tangjia some time ago and then subseqently closed down.

@@Sidetracked_in_Macau None that are equivalent with a western vibe. Commune was/ is popular with foreigners; there are two, Yeli island where the Seashell opera house is and Nanping near Huafa Mall. Nanping is more likely to have foreigners as lots live nearby. But I doubt it would be a crowd of expats, maybe the odd table or two. Other than that you would need to head to Tangjia where a lot of the teaching crowd work at UIC/ Beijing Normal Uni.

the underground shopping arcade is great and the money changers really want british pounds last time i was there. plenty of cheap shopping done there in years gone by

@@Sidetracked_in_Macau yes exchange rate was good for them at the time and one of them said it was not normal to see gbp. was going to exchange mop's but they wanted my english money

@@trevornorman7563 Yep, I could see them salivating at that :) I would imagine the exchange rate might not be so great from the banks, so they can profit a little bit more while still giving you a fair deal. I would think.
