I honestly think at that point Liam believed that, I think that’s probably what they said amongst themselves when they made the decision. I think it was probably “Let’s take a break and see what happens,” and Liam being Liam probably wanted to believe that they would get back together soon. But Harry probably knew in his heart of hearts, even if he wouldn’t admit it, that he wasn’t coming back any time soon.
