There's way too much speculation about how Harry never responds to them and ignores them. Jeez, mate. He probably replies and responds to them privately. He isn't one to forget his roots. He is the human manifestation of chivalry and is one of the most grateful people ever. And, moreover, the wishes are directed towards him. HE will deal with them. He would never turn his cheek against his well wishers. Let the man be. And, he hasn't posted personal content on social media in years, and for good reason and good measure. And, even if he doesn't meet them periodically, it doesn't mean that he doesn't have the adoration and respect and love for them as he did earlier. Those experiences, the emotions, the memories, the baggage, and the love doesn't just disappear.
