this is also a late comment, but I think firstly he shouldn't have ever went through with being in a boy band since the day simon put them together, and I also think he should've left before otra tour started

Was it unprofessional? Yes. Was it killing him? Yes. He needed to leave and he tried so hard to stay. I’m sure he didn’t want to leave in the middle of tour, but there’s only so much someone can take. Personally I couldn’t imagine my life without solo zayn music. I understand people who bought tickets were upset, but don’t think he didn’t get a shit ton of hate for his decision, because he did. And continues to for every god damn thing. It happened and the timing was unfortunate.

his health and well-being is more important than being professional, staying in tour could of killed him it obviously wouldn’t have been easy decision for him to make.
