I had a phase where I was really into both groups but the wanted stuck with me longer than 1D. I think that they are both wonderful artists and shouldn't have to be compared this because of the differences between the two groups. When this video was made, 1D was very puppy love and sweet talk but the wanted was more mature because their members were older and they were trying to appeal to a different audience. 1D was more of a 13-16 group while the wanted was more of a 17-22 age group. Remember, this is only counting when this video was made. 1D's music has gotten more mature and their audience has grown with them. I can't reference much about their recent work for both groups because I have left that phase behind and all of us will eventually.
