I love those risky coven team claims, they're so effective and so fragile at the same time. That was the amazing play, especially considering the fact, that 2 and 8 did this to protect their CL from being outted. Sad, they couldn't pull it off, because 11 had a bad will.

I just knew there was a Doomsayer in the match. My senses were tingling that someone was focused and multi-tasking at the same time with no executioner plays in sight.

Given there was still a chance for an NK before the Doomsayer wiped 3 townies in one fell swoop, there was still a subtle doubt of the doomsayer being the RN. Still makes for a hectic game regardless as (like the veteran) people have their paranoia about being the prime target for being taken out, whether through bad wills or being the most influential.

But what’s the point in not hanging and evil just to hang another. It was pretty obvious by then that 2 and 8 were last evils. With a jailor still in game with exes it really doesn’t matter which one hangs.

I feel for the jester. Mechanically speaking there is no difference between getting prosecuted and shot by a deputy during the day. It should coutn as a win for Jester but maybe they dont get to haunt.

There is a big difference. Prosecutor hijacks the voting phase to deliver a lynch, deputy just shoots in daylight. After pros, the jest cannot be voted that day anymore so if they get prosed its like they got voted. Dep is just a vigi for daytime.

Crusader, just like Cleric, gives their target Powerful Defense. The only difference is that Crusader attacks a random visitor as well, and they can't protect themselves.

I think it just prevents you from jailing/using your day ability, I was insane dep and couldn’t shoot

Going insane makes night abilties random and day abilities unusable.

I believe when insane, choices on who to visit done at night are entirely random if they have a role that is capable. Any ability, regardless if it's day or night, cannot be performed, be it a deputy shooting, a pros judging, a jailor exing, or an admirer curing. Don't know if that's exactly right. I'm only aware of the night visitors being picked at random.

You cannot use your day abilities if you are insane and you will target randomly (you will know who you randomed into) at night until the Dreamwaver dies. Your insane status overwrites witch/Ret/Necro's control of u.
