I appreciate the work you're doing. I'm heartened that they're creating more wildlife habitat in your area - insects, birds & wildlife populations are catastrophically dropping in the UK and US - wildlife that were common when we were kids back in the 60's and 70's are almost extinct now, such as turtle doves and nightingales because we've removed habitat & spray pesticides without restraint. A scruffy field is a wonderful place for life - and life is beautiful. Perhaps next spring there will be luxuriant wildflowers & grasses to greet you and the wildlife too.

The council should install iron stationary BBQ pits. This would eliminate people taking aluminum containers from being dumped all over parks. BBQ pits are installed at many parks where I live and it really helps. Thanks for being a great asset to your community. Howdy from Texas.

we are living through the sixth mass extinction event in world history and a big part of that is habitat loss. so the park being left natural is a good thing.

It wasn’t exactly “a walk in the park” as they say because it turned out to be loads that needed clearing so great job Gerard. How people can treat such a nice space so badly is a mystery. Yes it was Joaquin Phoenix who played Napoleon. Great film. Nice to meet Loren, you make a great team. Also nice that you mentioned the date 1st September. Sometimes confusing when you filmed by the time it’s posted. Look forward to the next sortie. Bad news: Our order just delivered from Waitrose who missed off the apple turnovers 😡 Have to go make apple crumble now instead 😊

That's not true of everyone. I've always cleaned up litter whenever I've come across it, and I've seen others do it too, although admittedly not many.
