There are probably limitless possibilities for how a My Hero Academia AU could be done. I know about one, called Underquirk, which has Todoroki as Frisk, Uraraka as Sans, Iida as Papyrus, Midoriya as Asriel, and Bakugo as Chara. I can think of a number of ways that this could be done.
