I know they may not have known, but Nana Shimura, as far as we know, never even injured All for One at all. All Might nearly killed and weakened him in their previous battle where All Might thought him to be dead. Both All for One and All Might were gravely injured, almost died, and were permanently weakened from the battle. In this scenario, All Might is practically the only user of One for All to ever even come close to All for One’s power and ever come close to matching him. The rest spent their time running, defending, or basically having little more then short battles. Even Nana stood ZERO chance against All for One and really only stood long enough to occupy his attention. That isn’t to say any of them were weak, but they were not comparable to All Might nor on All for One’s level. Izuku is the first to unlock One for All’s mysteries and hidden power, from the links to the quirks.

Well I think that he could have a effect on that, I don’t believe it’s big enough for 20% of the population yes he has been around for long and has a lot of quirks but like Nomu some of his might also be “fake” quirks. Also I look at it as the six fingers is the dominant trait for humans in MHAs case the quirks are the Five fingers, once rare turned to the normal over a long time.

yeah Yoichi and All For one arent even that old. I would be suprised if All for One surpasses the age of 150. You can see how long each User had the quirk. If we calculate it every user from 1-6 had it about 5-8years. Nana had it maybe 10-15 and All Might 36years (point of 2nd fight against All For One). If you calculate it all together. He is about 130years old (all for one point of 2nd fight against All Might). Dudes not that old. I see people saying his ass is 400years old. Like damn.
