Current Shigaraki is confirmed to be equal to Prime AM in stats in chapter 346. but Shigaraki has a lot of quirks, regen and decay on top of that which All Might does not. So Shigaraki > Prime All Might. Shigaraki was also confirmed in ch 340 to be far more powerful than AFO and in ch 346, he was confirmed to be the greatest villain in history. Meaning he is > Prime AFO. In conclusion, Shigaraki is the strongest in the verse rn. But good vid
