They just cant stand a non thai being successful, over the year, i’ve seen good amount of racism in the culture in Thailand mostly from the men. Sad to be honest because i love the actual Thai culture and the people and muay thai💝🇹🇭

It’s just a nationalism idea which muay thai is originally thai sport so the most of thai people wants thai fighter to be a champion. it is the same idea as england and football

Nowadays, Thai people really didn’t care who would be a champion. Thais would like to see a great and exciting match up with beautiful techinique. Some Thai like foreign fighter to be champion especially who has a beautiful Muay Thai technique. The thing that Thais hate the most is the corrupted result because it usually involves in gambling influence.

I like to think that's what a large majority think! And I do think that....its just far to often I see and have experienced what my comment says. They even have Different slags for, White and black fighters. Sad

@scottlemurianboxer: Your comment itself is biased and untrue. Thais admire Good foreign fighters; Regian, Allazof, and so on: They see that they are really good. Don' t forget a great many foreign fighters receive training in Thailand under Thai coaches and with their Thai associates cheering around the ring. Your comment is against the fact.
