You are doing so well with IF 52 lbs in a year is great! I am trying it now too for the first time. I am doing keto and sometimes carnivore. Usually eat between 3 to 5. I am surprised that it’s not so hard. Your steak looked yummy! I’m having one today, my favorite meal. Tajin is so delicious! ❤ xoxo Marjorie
