TO ANYONE WHO HAS AN IPHONE if you don't know, when you pull up front he bottom of the screen (to change brightness or turn on your flashlight) There is a rectangular button you can press. it's called nightshift. It has a moon in it with a sun around it. And it's much softer and a whole lot better on your eyes, it auto turns off at 6:00 am, it's very interesting!! I hope it helps you relax!

@AngelaBright Good afternoon, I just wanted to comment and let you know that I really appreciate your videos and all you do to help myself, as well as others. They really help to clear my mind; not only to sleep well, but they also help to give me some motivation and maintain focus better while awake. :D I like to play this video, as well as others like it whenever I am trying to focus on something I need to accomplish. I'm not sure if it's because I am unable to focus while working alone or if it's because my mind rapidly cycles, which causes me to lose focus and easily distracted from the task at hand. Though, it seems that when I play your videos when I am trying to do anything around the house, I am able to maintain my focus better; not so easily distracted by my A.D.D. Your videos are really a blessing. ;) THANK YOU!!!
