This is a quiet meditation for free practice to your preference.
I use it to practice Vipassana meditation.
There is a bell sound every ten minutes to remind you to go back to CENTER if you are lost in thoughts, or just to let you know where you are in time.
In the beginning and at the end the bell will ring 3 times.
