Featuring takeoffs and landings from Red Flag participants, home units, and other traffic heading to and from the Nellis range complex. Look for F-15E Strike Eagles, Aggressor F-16 Fighting Falcons, EA-18G Growlers, B-1B Lancers, F-35 Lightning IIs, Draken L-159 Honeybadgers, Draken Mirage F1s, F-18 Super Hornets, an E-3 Sentry, KC-135 Stratotankers, F-22 Raptors (including the special chrome Raptor!), Singaporean F-16 Fighting Falcons, Saudi Arabian F-15SA Eagles, and more! Thanks for this video. My son, an avionics technician for the F-15E Strike Eagle at Seymour Johnson AFB, NC, has been at Red Flag (I guess it must be Red Flag 22-3?) most of July 2022. It's nice to be able to get an idea of what he's been seeing and doing. BTW, he's 3rd generation USAF, his father and grandfather having served our stints.

A big reason to go to Nellis is to see the beautiful paint schemes! Sadly Draken just lost their contract at the base and their jets will reportedly be moved elsewhere by June. Thanks for watching!

I’m lucky enough to live in a spot where these planes fly over my house all the time, and I love it! I Can even tell when it’s a B-1 Lancer flying over because those things are LOUD!!!

Our F-4 Squadron went to train at Red Flag … it was the first time I had ever seen a F-15 put on a show …and their lifting body was an amazing Evolution from the straight fuselage of the Phantom.. Unfair I say …Unfair

Stay at the Best Western Plus on 4540 Donovan Way , North Las Vegas. You are only 2 miles from where you can watch them and you can even watch them from your hotel room as it's literally right next to the runway lol it's awesome. I never stay on the strip... best time to go is when they have the Red Flag drills obviously

i booked an airbnb close to the base 5min car ride or a 15min walk wich is not to bad honestly. really hoping on some good activity on the base when im there :P. i dont mind night training. i live close to an afb myself so im used to it , makes me feel like home haha@@timgressler2281

During Red Flag exercises there’s usually a line up of photographers along the side of the road between Nellis AFB and the Las Vegas Motor Speedway. It’s a great location as it is near the North end of the runway so the aircraft fly right over your head. Take ear plugs! 😊👍🏽👍🏽👍🏽

yup! we went to Nellis and parked at one of the motor speedway exits and had a blast! dont see those kind of planes here in Belgium that often. got some good pictures and videos! might go to redflag next year if possible .. sadly not gonna make it for this year.
