Thank God for that, we had 2 hot days last summer and the bbc went into meltdown with climate change and we are all going to die for months....
@alextclulz5 ай бұрын
It was hot here today though, and we always have crap weather, so hot places will be schorching. 500 people died in mecca! This has to be climate change. Whats bad is, this is after the el nino event, and at the start of la nina, which is the reverse of the other heating ( or heat flow) of the gulfs. So, i dunno, maybe this stuff doesnt bother some people, but this will get worse if nothing changes. A lot of people will die, if it gets worse. There will be no more money in that type of world. It'll be every man and ocmmunity for themselves. I have been praying for a world with no money, but ideally it should be habitable. I could probably die at the equator at 50 degrees Celsius +. A lot of humans would. Hence our migration/immigration issues (not inlcuding war or economic reasons, or human rights abuses and corruption and such (some of which we have outside the equator too)). There will also be a mass migration, because people will not just stay there and die if they can help it. Maybe a few will. Others will leave, and where else can they go from the equator? Its north or south. Oceans wont really stop people, nor mountains. We've been blaming migrants so long, we're actually ignoring the people making them leave in the first place. Big business, energy sector, goverment, corrupt politicians, criminals and gangsters. Even the majority of the population, our very way of life, has to adapt. Might have 10 alright years left i'd guess, and then it might start to get very bad. We're actually ahead of schedule, i think in the popular science community. Some places might be ok, But i read a TIme magazine article that said the equators basically fucked. It'll be like if the worlds axis tilted drastically, i'd guess.

Why does the BBC get a climate activist to talk about this. Not a very balanced conversation and you can tell by how she didn’t really say much apart from climate change bad. I live in Arizona , we have no drought, we have water, it’s hot every year, for 3 months. There is no preparing (which sounds like preparing for a emergency) like if you live in Chicago you dont “prepare” for it to get cold in winter. Every year there is heat waves, every year there are cold snaps, its effecting 70 million because its effecting the north east which is the heaviest populated area. Wasn’t it last you the 10/10 people in Britain was affected by a heat wave? We should take care of our planet find clean fuels etc and stop talking to Activists and pretend they are balanced

degree Fahrenheit (symbol: °F) as the unit. Several accounts of how he originally defined his scale exist, but the original paper suggests the lower defining point, 0 °F, was established as the freezing temperature of a solution of brine made from a mixture of water, ice, and ammonium chloride (a salt). The other limit established was his best estimate of the average human body temperature, originally set at 90 °F, then 96 °F (about 2.6 °F less than the modern value due to a later redefinition of the scale)
@talroitberg59135 ай бұрын
A unit of temperature in the US, and historically also in some other English-speaking countries. Converting Fahrenheit temperatures to Celsius / Centigrade: first subtract 32 (there is a different zero point, the freezing point of water is called 32 degrees Fahrenheit); then divide by 1.8. So, 70 F is about 21 C; 80 F is about 27 C, 90 F is about 32 C, 100 F is about 38 C, 110 F is about 43 C.
