Assalam Alaikum very nice and hard work but my suggestion if you are using basement also do better removed one room and give at this place one swimming pole and can replace by Tv lounge to sauna bath other thinks drawing room we can make a hall like cinema hall regarding kitchen we can make small size and size of room if possible can be increase but all things it’s depend upon clients requirements some people’s want to be rent out so your plan is very good and some one want to be use individual so no need in every floor dirty kitchen and 3 rooms in every floor can make library in one floor and another floor can make kids room also but over all your plan is good thank you

Take one feet from wet kitchen and make powder room wide by one feet. The dining width is not good in basement. Take 2 feet from family room and add to dinning room.

A good plan . But the location of LCD in TV lounges is not proper. Its view will be hindered while passing from lobby to bed rooms.

Dinning width is too short..consider dinning table 4 feet wide and each chair requires 2 feet.that does not leave space to sit on chair or move out ... 7:00

Windows at GF and balcony at FF, doesn’t seem right please explain. And is it allowed in DHA, Bahria or similar colonies to have Garden and side paths at the GF level. Also is it allowed to construct a room at the roof top. Please share any roof top designs. You seem to have a wonderful understanding, i suggest you to watch Foreign Interior design channels and why we cant have the same sort of houses here in Pakistan.

55 x 99 FT plot , please require Ground floor , double height reception area with stairs inside this area, 2 bed one lounge, 1 drawing large size and 1 dining large size, kitchen large size and dirty kitchen small size, car porch for 2 large cars, powder room. Basement 2 bed rooms on e small sitting area and two servant rooms one for male and one for female serrvants. First floor 3 bed rooms, 1 bed room large and 2 normal size and one lounge small size. by laws are one side 5 ft passage compulsory and back of plot 10 ft passage and we need lawn in front as 35 X 30 ft. Please.
