one of the most sensible shows ever na inimport ng pilipinas. great story,great acting,very realistic at hindi OA...napakarami mong matutunan na aral sa tunay na buhay di gaya ng ibang cheap na love story na puro gasgas na ang kwento. by the way favorite ko rin ang kantang to at sa tuwing tinutugtog na to, di ko mapigilan na mapaluha...ONE OF THE BEST MODERN DAY TRAGEDT STORIES...It really deserves its reputation...this show can get at least five stars and a perfect ten for me...

Japanese Dramas never did get any exposure here in our country. This is just one of the few exceptions. And I'm forever glad I got to watch this. The music is so nostalgic and yeah...I brought a tear to my eye, again. ;(

Not entirely for commercial purposes. The production incorporated Haruto character as requested by real Aya's parents to add up a little romance. Aya always dreamt to be genuinely loved. Also, Haruto stood as representation for a segment of society in Japan that cares, understands, accepts and loves disabled people...

It was so sad on episode 10 of the drama when Aya tells Haruto " Don't come over here" when she fell. also asking her mom " Save me " those scenes touched me and my tears kept flowing.

It's based on a true story of a girl which makes it 100x much more sad. Her story is very touching and emotional, but even though it's a very sad story, she basically gives off the message NEVER to give up no matter what obstacles you face. You can actually watch the whole 11 part series on youtube. Definitely worth the watch and make sure you have several boxes of tissues and ice cream!

watched this drama 4 or 5 years ago. the song still makes me cry and smile. The most amazing story. It's a shame that people like... Anne Frank and this girl cannot spend more time in this world. But even more they are such a beacon of light in the reality that in life there is suffering for everyone. They are our hope. I love this drama. I think they did a good job making this story into an entertaining as well as moving program.

i really love the story it's very inspiring and touching. i cried so much as i watched every episode. i think i cried even more than 1 liter of tears. ang galing din ng pagkaganap ng mga cast most esp si erika as aya. ang galing2 nya talaga and she's so cute. i love her. hope may mga japanese series pa na nya rin ang bida. di ako nagsasawang panoorin sya. she's really a brilliant and lovely girl!

i am a j-dorama addict and saw almost 70 of them. but there is no dorama i´ve ever saw, that gave me the chills like this one. just hearing the first seconds of this song or K- Only Human pushes me back to the series. starting with episode 8 i cried the whole time and was depressed for hours after the end :)

Two things Aya taught me (Erika and real Aya) were to never give up and do my best until the end. Thanks to 1 litre of tears, I decided to do my best, and start working, and smile while doing my best. I am working until my bones break in two, but I shall never give up. Also, I wish I would sing like this guy, it makes my heart jump everytime I listen to it. Every day I come from work I listen to it and I smile, it has that charm that can never fade away! Usually Marines say that they dont cry. Well now I dont believe that. I was hard core until the summer of 2011, when I discovered this beautiful, beautiful, sad drama. It's natural for us to think in that light c: It was really a great decision that they added Haruto in the drama. He is actually the reason I watched this. the main character is a girl who gets an incurable disease and even through all she has to deal with, this guy stays with her and helps her every step of the way. if i give out anything thing else, it might spoil it. it is the saddest but most life changing thing you'll ever see. :)

I remember 4 years ago I watched this drama and it made me think about my problem so I looked it up and found some really upsetting stuff. That made me cry. I googled it again and it turns out I just misunderstood the article PHEW :) I am so glad I'm alive! I tried to watch this drama about a month ago, but I had to stop, because each episode caused me to cry so much that my keyboard would get shorted out. I do not regret spending one penny on thise keyboards, however, because this is hands down one of the best shows I have EVER seen, and can't wait until I can get my hands on a waterproof keyboard. Then, and only then, will I be able to watch the show without destroying another keyboard.

incredibly sad story, the ending credits of each episode where they show pictures of the actual person its based on always brings a lump to my throat. i cant imagine how hard it would be to find out that you have that disease .... it must be so devastating. Loved the series and equally loved this song amazing :)
