Next time, maybe a pre race announcement, anyone who is NOT racing and jumps in like these 3 clowns did, will result in a DQ for the person they block for... If I thought the runner himself was in on it, I'd say DQ him, but in this case, I'm not so sure he even had a clue until he looked back and they were all behind him... These guys are why people can't have nice things/a good time... someone always wants to ruin the fun for others...
