If you move the vending machine and the hotdog vendor near the entrance by the garbage it will reduce the mess the people leave. They will actually take it with them out side the parking lot and it will disappear. You can also put the column lights underneath too. You can add the light poles on the second floor also.

I think you need to spread those vending machines out a bit more 😂😂 have them in different areas... I laughed so much with all those glitching cars 😂 I can imagine it gets a bit frustrating after a while!

Against the wind. Spraying against the wind. LOL The lights attach to the underside of the concrete. Apparently, David Blaine decided to visit your parking area. Why don't you move the parking roofs to the second floor so you can immediately start charging more to the people who park up there? That way you can focus on getting started on the basement parking and finishing the fence. You're getting less parking on the first floor because it's cheaper to park on the second floor. Move most of the plants and planters upstairs too. That way it will cost the same whether they park on the second floor or the first. You might need to move a couple of vending machines to the other side or to the second level. This game needs arrows to direct traffic, especially when existing the parking spots. Those planters might work better on the second level because those people can't drive to save life. LOL

I found a way to maximize the price per spot to $122.4. Use the plater box 4 and hedges.. the boxes have a smaller hit box length wise so you can get t 3 in the same place as one big planter. you can get six down one side and 9 down the other if you place them parallel to the road. Then if you put the hedges in perpendicular to the road instead of parallel to the road as it suggest you can get 6 in the same space as 4. hope that makes sense, not every one is about maximizing their money but thought you might want to know. Love your videos.

For best money, remove those long planters and go with the highest level planter outside of the long one. You can fit more of them, and then place the hedges on top. Also, there ends up being room in between the planters for you to put flowers in the middle. You won't really see them, but they add ten cents an hour, and you can fit 3-4 per parking spot. Then there is room at the end for a few more flowers. You can get some spots up super high if you really go crazy and put the hedges on so they hang over the sides.

Also, I believe the decorations affect every spot on the half of the lot they are on. So you can get these spots to over $100 an hour with the right decoration layout.

You need to spread out the vending machines all over the lot on the 2 floors. That should reduce the amount of people coming in. And I have not seen a single person sitting on those benches. Those can go if you wish.

You can put streetlights on the second floor to light the parking lot . They go at the ends of each run of grass . It will highlight green like the other stuff . EDIT : Yup you got 'em GE .

You missed some lights and cameras… ideas for dev could be taxes and bills, advance skills on workers, maybe more customization on upgrading the building and needs like energy drink and food give a need to upgrade office more.

I have not had any issues with the 2nd floor, but I also have the awnings up there. I'm not sure if that helps for them to park correctly. Place the column lights on the ceiling of the street level parking

Blocking your window with vending machines? You have an office that naturally has an L shaped external wall. Why not line the walls with vending machines instead of blocking the sidewalk? I'd also move the benches to the area between the office and the front fence. I'm impressed with the progress you've made. I couldn't play this game because of all of the honking. You're far more tolerant of annoying sounds then I am.
