Hey Craig, they are from 1 set of accounts but please don't go and have that QL on every EP you do. It depends on many factors what QL you can take 👍

Some shocking IO's in there that I would not be promoting, especially to newbies. I also got Lord Baddesley for 71/100/18 for an IO of 30, compared to yours, for a double. I see some IO's as low as 10 there which will really effect your long term profits so I'm confused as to why you are teaching people to go for this? Baffles me.

Hi Jake, we all have our own strategies in place. This is what has made profit for me over the last 3 years so there's no doubt for me that it's profitable 👍

@@ProfitBoss your profits could be a lot higher if you were more strict with your QL's and your customers would reap the benefits as well. I agree, there is no 1 size fits all but an IO of 10 would mean you would have to have a 1 in 10 strike rate to consistantly make long term profit which if you have been doing EP's for 3 years you know is an unrealistic expectation and a strategy that should not be promoted.
