We had a couple of plumbers replacing all our plumbing, boiler, shower... etc. I offered them tea, coffee, coke, lemonade, water, chicken pasta salad, bacon sandwich, fish and chips, carbonara but they didn't want anything! 😂 A stark difference to when we had the windows done, they loved having good food and drink!

I would probably get the new yard ready to go throughout the year and over the winter then move before your season next year. If you can easily afford rent for both, it would be so much easier. Just moving everything over will be a big chore, especially if you plan on building a new place for your salt. That's just my 2 cents anyways. It'd be much easier to get that move done over the winter when you've got the time.

Show me the quote. I don't trash anyone. I state my critique. Ryans work is okay. I've done every type of concrete project you can ever think of for residential, commercial, civil, municipal, Federal, industrial & institutional projects...and my quality was second to no one. I am also an Architectural Technologist who always worked with my guys doing every job from wheeling concrete, form setting, placing & finishing, driving my gravel trucks, concrete trucks, skidsteers, estimating, all accounting and payroll for my corporation.
