Very beautiful! I just had an A/B listening. I think I'd go for your cover, mainly beacause of your best acoustic sound taking. Main difference is you didn't sing (isn't there some synth sound in the last part?).

Thank you very much! Glad to hear that. Yes, there is a synth pad in the last part of the song, i replaced the synth with an electric guitar using lots of delay and reverb.
