Out of alllll the color removers on the market, this one is THE BEST. You get a LOT of product unlike coloroops or the loreal one! and its the LEAST damaging my hairstylist even said.

The 3rd step is the most important because if you dye your hair without knowing if all the color was removed you will end up with extremely dark hair. The 3rd step shows if you need to repeat the process again.

I don’t ever used the 3rd step 1 because the stench stays in my hair a really long time and 2 because I am usually going lighter on my hair so there is really no point in me going in with it if when it just darkens it back up but thank you for the tip. I’ve been using this for many years and my hairstylist let me know not to go in with the processing lotion if I am going with a lighter color.

I say if you are going to dye your hair go with something that has a double letter in it like if you go with a 4n try to get something that has 4nn because it usually has a higher concentration of dye in it which helps with doubling up on the grey coverage whatever color you decide make sure the numbers or letter double up it does make a difference 😊

My normal hair color is brown. So now I want to do blue /indigo but with it being orange I’m afraid it will turn green right?? Ugh so confused 🙈😬

It just might turn green because to get the blue indigo you need for your hair to be a light blonde so it just might turn out green. I’m glad that it removed the previous color 😊

It would probably turn out blue, blue is opposite of orange and is more likely to cancel it than go green

Two weeks ago I went to hair salon. Walk in almost platinum blond, and asked hairstylist to put the same color that I already have... not sure what have happened in her head but she colored my hair to the color that you have right now... I kept watching in the mirror and told her multiple time that the color is way to dark, that is not what I want... she kept saying dont worry it looks dark because it is wet...when she washed my hair and I looked at myself in the mirror I thought I would have a heart attack.. I could not believe my eyes... I was almost black.. went to sally got my self this color removal, it removed all the way out... in few minutes I become totally blonde again... unbelievable.. this works soooo goooddddd

Girl usually with the third step the smell won’t come out for a long long time. I never use the third step it smells like rotten eggs

My hair is naturally dark blonde. For the past year and half I've been dyeing it various shades of burgundy and then a color called black amythyst and then black sapphire. I recently dyed it burgundy again even though i still had the black colors in it. I want to use this color remover so i can redye it just a normal burgundy color. If i use this what color might my hair possibly turn out afterwards?

More than likely the color mine turned because of all the different pigments. You might have to use it twice.

Lol that’s the only con to this product is the rotten egg scent. Honestly I think when I used the color I was going to put over my hair. I think the scent from that penetrated through and removed the scent from my hair and then my hair smelled like hair color after a few washes.

ugh thanks soooo much for this video!! So does my hair need to be clean before applying Colorix? And do you think I can dye with semi perm color same day I use Colorfix? my hair is somewhat dark brown/black of course black was hair dye so my husband helped me dye my hair permanent Tanzanite, big mistake. It didn't take at all! Just a tadbit purple on top but now i want to remove the perm hair dye and just use semi-permanent. I had it red for couple yrs and last year i dyed black but most of it had faded so i thought for sure the Tanzanite would show and turn out nice. SOOO disappointed. Thank you so much for subscribing, you are very appreciated 💕 This colorfix I have used several times throughout the years and it has always removed the permanent color from my hair. I would give it a shot for sure. It won’t damage the hair because there is no bleach in it so that is a plus. The only thing with this product is that it will definitely stink kinda like when you go to a salon and it smells like perming solution. That’s the only downside. Just make sure to put on a plastic cap over your hair when you have the product on your hair so the heat from your head can keep your hair warm to while you wait. Then rinse out and dry to see if you need to go back in for a second round. I usually don’t go in for a second round I will just do the one time and yes you can definitely dye your hair after with a Demi permanent. It’ll last longer than a semi-permanent.

I’ve had this stuff in my hair for 45 minutes and no change so far (over boxed black dyed hair). I’ve seen other videos where it shows it working on black box dye Edit: I rinsed it out and my roots are like a super light brown. The rest of my hair looks like it may have lightened a LITTLE just so it doesn’t look jet black but it’s still really dark. I’m doing a second application now.

I am more than sure you can do it up to three times I don’t ever do it that many times but it could be because of all the black layered from previous times you have colored it.

@@leonorebarrera07 after the 2nd application it looks a tiny bit better, still darker than I’d like. I watched a KZbin video where the girl had been box dying her hair black for like 13 years and hers turned a light brown. Dunno what I’m doing wrong. I have to go to work but I’ll do a third application tomorrow. With you and her it looks like you can actually see it lightening as you waited. With mine it still looked completely black until I rinsed it.

@@TheDreadedZero I hope you can get it lighter I would focus it more on the dark parks instead of the roots and use a blow dryer to help it warm up and penetrate throw to break up the black I hope 🤞🏽 all turns out well and just and FYI your hair will be stinky for a while. Eventually it goes away though.

I think tomorrow morning I’ll just glob a bunch onto the bottom half of my hair and not even worry about the top, leave it in a whole and try to put on some kind of cap. It’s getting there so I have a feeling it’ll be close enough after tomorrow. Just don’t know why I had so much more trouble than you or that other girl

I’m not sure honestly, a Demi permanent get into the cuticle slightly. It will definitely remove the Demi pigment but not sure what color your hair would look like right after.?

You really don’t have to use the 3rd step it takes it down to that dark chocolate look if your hair isn’t bleached which sometimes I don’t mind but if you happen to not use the third step just make sure to use a level 6 hair color or higher if not it will darken back up to like a level 2 or 3 which is like a dark brown

Use a processing cap and use your blow dryer to help open up the hair cuticle… How long have you been using black hair dye?

I didn’t use the 3rd step. The first time I ever used this I used the 3rd step which is the processing lotion and girl that stench stay in my hair for a very long time. What I did was stopped using the 3rd step and just used whatever hair color I wanted to dye my hair.

Can i dye my hair right after i used color corrector ? I have L’oreal Hicolor Magenta for Black Hair only , will it work? My hair turned like brown a bit. And Orange on my roots from trying to remove the Loreal Hicolor since my black hair didn’t get the color since it was Black Box Dye! So i used the color corrector for the whole hair to remove the black box dye !

Honestly I wouldn’t recommend using the hi color from L’Oréal only reason being is that it’s made for virgin hair. I would look into colors similar to that one in the swatches they have their at Sally’s. Yes you can color your hair afterward.

Yo recomiendo que no te pones es ultimo (step 3) ese te lo va hacer mas oscuro yo siempre no mas me pongo (step 1 & step 2) trato lavar me lo y me lo seco con La secadora te pelo. Se va Mirar como un narranjado color despues me pongo un color que yo quiero y siempre sale bien. Que color quieres para Ty cabello

No you definitely don’t want to do that. If you are going to use the third step then use it and see how your hair looks after you wash and dry it. If you like it then leave it but if you plan on going lighter wouldn’t use step 3

Yes but if it’s virgin hair it’s not going to lift it. Your hair will stay your natural base color.

It says on the box you can use up to 3 times I usually will do it once and it usually works. You should do it on dry hair to see where you are applying it and to make sure you cover it all evenly.

It’ll be a while before the scent goes away. I would use a color over because it definitely penetrates through the hair to break the scent.

It was permanent hair color before I used the product. It only lifts artificial color not natural virgin hair.

@@marcelsantos9325 update on my stanky hair 😭: it did come back when i used another shampoo, the Dove conditioner. i usually use the marc anthony hair products. maybe the ingredients boosted the chemicals from this color remover again. it’s been over a month but the smell does just goes away on its own and may come back depending on what you wash your hair with

It is the processing lotion all it does is darken your hair back to like a brown, if you have bleach the bleach will stay the same color it’s just where the hair is darker that it’ll turn dark.

Yes the stench is bad but it works and helps with not having added damage. I think it definitely worth it. 😁

Yes it does I used it the other day but it keeps my hair from getting destroyed, so I can usually get by the stench.
