Absolutely! That is right! There is a limit to what the federal government can do! On that point, the Senate is supposed to be a House of State or Review but sadly it has turned out into a political football field rather than it intended purpose. The constitution of each states need to be amended too to limit their power as well.

Talks about that already happened, and fell through. Because the Libertarians and UAP wanted One Nation to abandon NSW and Victoria. Never to run again. Those two never intended to join as one party in good faith, they simply wanted to turn Australia into warlord era China. One Nation stays independent because other parties have only approached in bad faith.

One Nation did in the recent Queensland state election. It's just a matter of finding numbers of courageous people with capital to back them. The LNP, ALP, and Greens run what they call "paper candidates" to make up for the lack of willing candidates. Basically asking their mate Jeff to just sign a page and not even bother running in any way. This helps them collect your money in AEC/state electoral commissions funding. The LNP and ALP designed this system to make sure their gravy train keeps running. The two majors don't want to show it, but they currently have the lowest vote share for the two dominant parties since the great depression. They are weak and afraid. Hence why their trolls pop up to call One Nation supporters names, like this other brainlet here.

Got my vote, sick of our current direction. Our time or risk to earn money should also not be taxed at all. Zero. Tax us when we spend it that's it, GST that's all. Use tariffs to also bring back industry to Australia. Interest rates should be capped to a maximum, not above 2%. Just robbing people and making lenders richer.
