wow.. cool thumbnail. I feel like I'm watching a Movie! good job. really like the new intro.. great beginning.. You do a better job editing than other Thai vloggers.. I hope KZbin recognizes this video. Very well laid out .. storyline.. Philippines gets boring after awhile. so great to watch other countries and things to do nearby that are only a 3 to 4 hour flight! if you have the budget.. dont sit around.. travel.. really makes life more interesting and ful of life!

@@FOCUSonASIA13 Will you show how/where to extend Visa in Thailand? I have been watching “Travel Thailand with Allie”, but her and husband or to expensive. They in BGC Manila right now VLOGing. They at Grand Hyatt BGC Manila. Expensive!!! Takai!! They travel business class or higher on planes. But they explain they can because they say, they make $20,000.00 a month off of their several KZbin channels. I glad you can replace them.
@FOCUSonASIA13
@FOCUSonASIA13 Ай бұрын
@@mgysgtk8835 Ya I make about $30 a month right now LOL As far as visa extensions in Thailand, right now I just have 30 days at a time scheduled so no visa extension needed, I am travelling out of the country every 30. There is supposed to be a new 60 day on arrival instead of 30 which you can then extend 30 so total for 90 days you can stay without shelling out a penny.

Great vid JR. When you guys get back to Angeles, it would be nice if you could briefly talk about some gated neighborhoods with available lots. Maybe briefly point out lot sizes and prices. We're trying to get an idea of the cost and plan to be in the area around this coming March. I'm not sure which hotel we'll choose, but we'll figure that out later. Thanks. If you can't, we understand. Was hoping you had not thought of doing that yet and that you liked the idea, lol. Take care my friend.

I have done some pricing in the past in my vids, as far as buying its hard to go out and see properties as you are always dealing with a middle party. That turns me off on the real estate process in the Philippines, always someone trying to show a different price that what the owners want so that they can get a cut. Angeles area the prices are crazy, in our neighborhood which is not one of the top ones, 120 SQM lots are going for 3M now. I have seen 7m+ for lots in the higher end neighborhoods. Its crazy when you can get beach front property in some locations in Philippines for those prices.

@FOCUSonASIA13 Thanks, JR. To be honest, prices are ridiculous all over. We live and own two homes in Pensacola, Florida. The prices we have been seeing on KZbin are crazy high to the point that i wonder how anyone can afford to rent at cheap rates after paying those crazy prices. Was hoping your area was a bit cheaper. I think I like the Angeles area. From what I see in your videos, there's plenty of restaurants and shopping. Plus, there's a Medical City Hospital located nearby, which I'm hearing accepts TRICARE and Federal BCBS and AETNA insurance from the States. I've tried writing them, but they never respond back. Thanks again, hopefully we'll see you guys there soon.

@@spmrosepi1 ON pricing I was referring to the Philippines, Angeles City area per SQM is over-priced in my opinion. For same money you can get better houses more land elsewhere but it is what it is. We like the convenience of the airport, no more Manila airport for me
@spmrosepi1
@spmrosepi1 Ай бұрын
@FOCUSonASIA13 JR, thanks for clarifying. The airport is a big plus for sure, especially with all the traveling you guys do. I'm not sure we'll like the Angeles City area, but it does have many positive attractions. My wife's family is from the Bataan area and Manila. Angeles seems like it would be far enough away but close enough to visit.

Thanks for sharing your first day stay in Bangkok. We can’t wait to see your entire 29 days journey in Bangkok. Great and a really nice price for that condo you’re staying for 29 days and it’s so conveniently closed to terminal 21. If you don’t mind where did you booked that condo from? Also can you please share the name of the condo again. I tried searching the name cote but I’m not seeing the 29 days cost you paid for. I’m using Agoda to do the search for the condo name. Any tips about this hotel is absolutely appreciated . Again thanks in advance

You guys really destroyed those curry dishes ! Did you hit any CoCo's while in Japan, I saw all the vids, just can't recall rite now. Every Thai video you put up is very interesting, a lot like Clark until the bitter end of course. I hope that Angeles City makes comeback, but IDK. It just looks like a whole lot of money was put into the local economy without much planning. Am I rite or wrong - correct me if I'm wrong !

Whole lot of money went somewhere in Angeles but not on those streets! I think you will like the changes in Angeles in regards to the malls, restaurants, good internet, and Clark. I don't think anyone who enjoyed nightlife there will have same feelings upon return.

Maybe some day, but not any time soon, Still need to see what Thai tax laws are about, no one has an answer on that until 2025 filings take place and we will see. Also need to figure a way that makes sense for us if we decide to move
@kleerogers
@kleerogers Ай бұрын
@@FOCUSonASIA13 there will not be double taxation, that will never happen, I seriously doubt you would ever owe any taxes in Thailand, and how would they get any from you anyway? I have been reading about different creative ways to avoid this whole matter anyway. The trick is in how you bring your money into Thailand, and weather it is taxable or not. But I agree we all need to watch this carefully. As a Canadian I have no worries, tax rates are high in Canada, so we would never owe anything. The other option is to not stay in Thailand more than 160 days, 6 months less 1 day and you are out of the taxation issue

@@FOCUSonASIA13 I meant 180, and I agree, as we get older that will not work, we still plan to move to Thailand, as a Canadian we will most likely never owe any taxes in Thailand, if I had to pay taxes I'd figure out a way around it
