1. Relax your body totally ( use breathing exercises if it’s too hard for u) 2. See urself in your desired reality and see your surroundings in details like they really are here and feel the emotion while doing so. Emotion is the Key to manifestation cause it is vibrational. Open your eyes afterwards slowly 4. Close your eyes again n see yourself in the desired reality but this time focus more on the feelings, feel everything, how much u r happy after achieving your goal and how much you’re grateful that you did, Not only for the manifestation itself but for the journey that lead you to it. Open your eyes slowly. 5. Write an affirmation ( didn’t specify whether before starting the whole manifestation technique but I think it doesn’t matter, having it ready in your notes or maybe in mind is fine), repeat the affirmation and feel it ( the affirmation should contain words that lighten you up, for instance you can say: I am thriving with gratitude and happiness in my new job. I think repeating it 21 times is goood but 7 is fine. 6. Keep seeing yourself in your dream life and feel those feeling while drifting to sleep cause the mind is most receptive in that state. 7. Let go and focus on your life, be aware of opportunities that come your way and remember that your dream is on its way to you

This happened to me one time when I was a child. I was in Sunday School with my cousin. I had a small change purse with no money in it. I told my cousin that the next time I open it, it will have money in it. When I opened it, it had a quarter in it. Each time I shut and re-opened it, it had additional quarters in it. I was so excited, I knew I should have put the quarters in the offering jar but I kept them instead. Saving them for candy after church. This is my GIFT to you and anyone reading this.. These suggestions have made me the person I am today. So take one or two or all of them and transform yourself to a super being. Thank me later. I personally did and do everything listed below and I got massive results. 1. Write out a statement of your Short Term Goal AND your Chief Aim/Main Goal... on a "goal card" or paper. 2. Write it out 50 times a day for 30 days preferably around the same time each day. After the 30 days, you go back and write it out ONCE a day. This is your compass in life. 3. Set your phone alarm to go off every 3 hours (to disrupt your daily routine) and when it goes off write down your statement and then close your eyes and see yourself with your goal for 2 mins. 4. Record your statement in your voice on a voice recorder on your phone, and play it back to yourself on loop while you sleep and as often as you can daily, example... in the shower or when you are using the rest room. 5. Find an accountability partner. If you cannot find someone, then you MUST write out your statement DAILY. By doing this you make yourself accountable to YOURSELF. 6. Find a community or FB group/group chat, etc and from that community form a Mastermind with one or two people who have studied from REAL Mentors and are giving VALUE. There is a "Law of Giving" and many people are using it. Andrew Carnegie told Napoleon Hill this back in the early 1900s. Its a LAW and it works. Its what I am doing with this post. 7. Auto-Suggest (Think and Grow Rich Chapter 4) to yourself in front of the mirror in the bathroom at least twice a day. Look directly INTO your eyes OR one eye and recite your WRITTEN statement. Then splash cold water on your face. This sudden shock seals the thought into the subconscious due to emotional and physical shock from the cold water. 8. Write out ten "I AM" statements a day. example. I AM happy, I AM more confident. Use the word MORE; implying you already have it, but want more. You trick the brain. 9. Write out 5 things you HAVE that you are grateful for and 5 things that you are grateful for that are coming to you. Mix up the list one after the other. 10. When in public tell people you see that you love them in your mind. Simply say "I LOVE YOU" to them as you pass them, especially when driving, because their subconscious hears and FEELS the intention. Say it to about 10 to 15 people daily. This increases your Good Karma. It might seem like a lot. But it took me less than two weeks to incorporate the list into my life and 32 days later I started getting massive results. Reading your response has a negative belief that is blocking your desire from finding you. BELIEVE. With absolute CONVICTION. So much that it is a FACT to you. It also signifies that you hold an underlying negative view of the world, so what can you expect to come of that? Change those subconscious blockers and watch the difference. Don't leave anything to chance. The universe finds those with certainty and conviction. Your statement had the word NOT in it. That little word signifies a deficit. Reframe it, and find a way to define your time frame. Otherwise, it gets lost in translation, so to speak (as why it hasn't happened YET, as you say). Try this, with clarity, and certainty of when this will happen, and absolute joy and wonder of gratefulness of your blessing being fulfilled. I can vouch for the time before sleep as being so receptive. Your mind is so open then. Happy manifesting!

No no no no noooooooo!!!!! NOT ONE DAY! This is a mistake. I tell you with a simplest example: Do you believe that the grass will grow and will be green? Do you believe that seed planted will sprout? Do you believe that the sun always shines above the sky? So, if you can say with certainty "YES", you already know how you have to believe, that your wishes come true! You have to be so sure, as you're sure in it, that you'll wake up tomorrow. You have to feel it without worry and doubt, so natural. This is the "LETTING GO". Best wishes my friend from Italy!😊

The frequent and regular repetition of goal -related affirmations is v. popular, but not really Neville. He preached the Law of Assumption. In several lectures, he points out that affirmations are not compatible with the idea of assumption. There is some room for repetition in his techniques - the 'Isn't it wonderful', and 'lullaby' methods. But not for the type of affirmations championed by Louise Hay and so very many others. His belief was that if you were truly 'living in the end', you would not need to convince your subconscious, or in universe, your desire was a done deal.
