Mine's an '01, same steering wheel with the radio controls, tan leather, wood grain, heated seats, nv4500, 4x4. Mine was special ordered & heavily optioned. Still have the window sticker in the glovebox.

Is a pretty cool truck, I like my 2nd gen mine is the 01 V8 though, planning on trading in my VW to get a early model 2nd gen 12v to plow with probably at the end of the year. Only issue I have is the steering really a pain in the a** so I want the T steering instead of the Y. Wanted to edit for the mileage, what mileage does yours have?

Ya, I ordered mine with all these features - black leather. Short box and manual transmission too. The automatic transmission seemed risky at the time. Still going strong at about 1/4 million miles.

Either trim had leather options. I think the sport model had the dodge emblem engraved in the seats. Sport is the headlights, grill, bumpers as main difference. I pulled black leather seats from a Laramie and put them in my Cummins.

My 01 2nd gen has the wood grain and the black leather with the steering wheel controls. My grandpa had special order the truck and of course he had pretty much every option available on the Laramie SLT other than the H.O. and 4 wheel drive. Yeah it’s a 2 wheel drive and it’ll get stuck if you piss behind the tires

If you look in the owners manual the options for like 3 different stereos from factory and he just has the best of the best with the buttons on the side and the interior leather just a option as well as the stereo. My original window sticker says all my upgrades if he still has his window sticker

I have a 1999 2500 24v ecsb 5spd 4x4 that is a laramie with the same leather and wood grain and is factory. 2nd owner of the truck also. It's the maroon and silver two tone exterior color.

It doesn’t have to be a sport package to be leather, the larmie package is leather aswell but I have never seen the toggle switch on the steering wheels that’s something I wish I had

His truck also had the factory “bat wing” mirrors as I call them. For what I know there wasn’t any 2nd gen from the factory with power/heated tow mirrors they were all the manual adjusted mirrors

Stanrocks lots of them came with heated and power mirrors. All 4 of our trucks did, we just upgraded to tow mirrors.
