I don't know if you go to the bins twice a week but when something pops up to prevent something that's in your routine I always take it as a sign; so in your case, God knew you were going to find amazing pieces the following day and needed you to go back the next day so that's why he interrupted your first trip lol I I do that to overshadow how irritated I am lol Obsessed with the cabin creek granny sweater vest.

Did you look up the value of the new vintage shower curtain? You may want to, because if it's sold for a decent amount you could flip it and then buy a shower curtain with the profits you really like.

I just bought a great burnout velvet, silk whimsigoth dress. How do you know if something is vintage or from the Y2K era? I don't think this is current, but I'm not sure how to "age" it?

The tag usually tells you a lot! Older tags are usually bigger and "bulkier" if that makes sense. Also if there's a paper material tag it may be vintage. Made in the USA is another giveaway (again not always). And then lastly if I'm unsure, I'll Google or comp the brand on ebay and see what year others have it listed as!
