Why not freeze and bounce? 1 click solution to the whole resampling.

In my experience, it's better to resample, as you may want to collect more than one track while doing this, and it's better to resample a group than FF each track. But sure! You can freeze and flatten the track if it's just one. If you have a chorus of voices and maybe a pad you want to do this to however, group them and resample is better!
