Agnes Waruguru is a mother of four children.
One of them lives with autism. Due to the condition, she has faced stigma to a point of her husband leaving her to bring up the children on her own. She usually ties her down to the bed so that she can at least fend for the family. At some point, she met a man who was interested in her. However, he used to torment the young one with pepper as he enjoyed the reaction. She left him and has now vowed to stay single forever, for the sake of her child. Here is her story of the struggles she goes through with her daughter.

This is heartbreaking. Pole sana Agnes, some of the people we invite in our lives are just evil. Just see what that evil man did to this innocent child. The moment my husband walked out of me, leaving me with two small children. I knew my love life has to be on hold. There is no way I was going to bring any man near my children for fear of things like this. So far I have done well in that area.
