Interesting video, I quite liked it. I must say though, I work at a second hand retailer and I think physical retail games are more important than ever. Especially second hand ones. Lots of kids who don't have a lot of money buy old, cheap PS3 and 360 games from my store that are dirt cheap and its all they can afford. Those kids then go home and enjoy the game, and often times i'll hear customers talking about getting the upcoming sequel for Christmas or saving up for a new copy.
