Love the video! been using your tips for jewfish (kob) in Australia, i was wondering with the squid(chokka) does it matter if its touched ice thats been made with fresh water? as fresh squid is too expensive here in Australia but store bought squid is a lot cheaper thank you

is it just me, or has there been a major increase in barbel compared to the last few years. i really want to know, caught about 80 of them in the last 2 months river and surf.

A live bait is always swallowed head first. If you put the hook in the mouth you a have less chance of a hook up than putting the hook near the tail you get better hook ups. Many years experience.

From what I understand different fish eat from different ends and some just grab the entire thing. But just from what I've been told, like I think using mullet it's small so fish just grab the entire thing
