I'm recovering from s supraspinatus tendon tear and I think this is a great exercise. I'm going to implement this into my bar hanging rotator cuff program routine. Thank you!!

ohplezz it’s a great exercise. It is a higher level exercise which is a little more challenging. Just make sure you are cleared to perform the exercise by your medical practitioner

I'm beginning BJJ and have numerous dislocations and 2 surgeries on my right shoulder. I'm beginning to prepare with exercises and I was wondering what kind of resistance band should I use? I've never used them before but I'm impressed with this exercise and I want to do this ASAP.

These are resistance tubing. Got them from Amazon. They come in various tensions. Start fairly light though with this exercise

Hey! I have just found this. Subbed. So I’ve just gone back to bjj after bone block surgery to stop my shoulder dislocating out of the front. I’ve done the exercises the physio told me but to be honest… they’re garbage…not jits related… and it still not strong when I’m rolling which is just plain scary! Would you suggest any of your other videos/exercises to add in to my routine so I can actually strengthen this thing?!? Thanks!

Nilo Ayson yeah we made the rail for my office. I would see about getting something that you can put on the door to secure the band or wrap around a pole.
