Love it. Definetely in need of outside ventilation for that summer kitchen. Love the office setup with the tinted glass. Aside from that, a nice boat marina with a Tiki Hut will make it POP even more. Definetely a favorite.

Beautiful,Id rather have the water heater in an alcove and since its on a canal a disappearing edge pool would be ideal and move the Jacuzzi to the left or right side.

Loved this home from the modern double entry doors. It's a home I'd build myself if I had the stomach to do so. The builder's upgrades are right on point if you like shiny, marble and glass..which I do. Not a fan of the tub in with shower but its got high end appeal. Don't consider this a large home by any means. Perfect for a single person wanting good decent livable space. $1 mil...that's a hard nope nope nope. Not a million dollar view nor a neighborhood to justify that price tag. Even if I could I wouldn't.

Nice review, I agree with most of what you said. I also like the glass and shiny marble. The price is to high but in this market we are seeing homes like these selling for a lot less. Thanks for watching.

It’s a beautiful home, overall, but I really do not like these new styles where you walk in the front door and you’re literally in the kitchen. .

No drawers in the kitchen? Where do you put your silverware?

There is a pull out drawer for silverware in the top of the cabinets. But I was so mesmerized by the height of the cabinets. I completely forgot that like you say, where are the drawers for the silverware so there are pullouts, but you have to open the entire cabinet to do it not real practical.

Exactly, yes they will fit but it is a tight squeeze. I only do it if I am leaving town and want to store the cars, otherwise it is really only room for one.

At first glance the house looks very nice. However, the living room is rather small and lacks a dining area. The choice of material is a matter of taste, but it looks high quality. I like the kitchen, it's timeless. The closets in the rooms are very well equipped, the master bathroom is well designed, and the materials are also high-quality (which I can tell from the video). Outdoor area is rather average with the space, the pool is ok...But for 1.2 million something better could be possible...How can this high price be justified? If a buyer is found...then the price is right...;)
