WESTMINSTER, CALIFORNIA - In this video, The Foodie TV visited the iconic Pho 79 in the heart of Little Saigon in Orange County to enjoy one of the best pho in the USA. Pho 79 has been opened since 1982 and have served hundreds of thousands of guests through the years. They serve authentic flavors of Vietnamese food and have built up a base of many local Vietnamese customers.
Pho 79 was awarded the prestigious James Beard Award in 2019 as one of their America Classics Award winners. It was the first time any restaurant in Orange County received such honors. Pho is a classic and one of the most popular Vietnamese foods available and this place simply does it very, very well. You cannot go wrong with any of the beef pho offerings here.

Love the taste of their food. Love the blistered egg roll skin. They have reduced meat and portions and it's over priced now. What a shame.

I came to this place 3 years ago. I ordered and ate. Had no idea it is cash only. The owner told me don't worry about it. I came back the next day and paid for my unpaid and current meal. Been here 50 times since that first visit. Owner always gives me a half smile when I pay.
