After you've made one, you'll have a template & you won't need to make a new pattern for each one. I love that the nose area is so high. It makes all the difference.

I'm a chartered accountant, and by day my tool of choice is a calculator, but I like making things (or at least trying to). This video guide was absolutely awesome and I've made my first mask! I made my first mask. And it was really straight forward. However, I used a pattern with words that needed to be aligned. Yet the center seam was off in terms of aligning the words. Is there a way to use this method, and keep the pattern in alignment???

what kind of fabric and machine needles do you use? the fabrics i use is too thick for the needles i use to withstand. The needles break when i sew the parts the string threads through? thanks

Hi to make for children I would recommend just using something with a 8” diameter and take an inch off all the measurements and for different fabric on each side for the second cut out just use a different fabric and follow Same steps
