I first heard of this man when he went into the hospital. I followed his journey through his wife’s postings. With all the love that shown and given, I knew he would pull through. I was floored when I found out otherwise. My heart broke for his wife, his son, family and friends. This was a beautiful tribute to “One Of The Great Ones.” Definitely has made his mark. Will absolutely be missed. Thank you and Rest well Mr. Cordero 💐

I was lucky enough to see him perform in this play and for some reason this was the song that stayed with me. Played it all the time after. Have it downloaded on my iPhone. Was devastated when I realized he was the one who sang this song and still have to go back now and then to look at this video. What a wonderful tribute.

I so love watching this and listening to Nick sing and his Broadway pals with their backup track, but I haven't been able to watch it yet without crying. There's something so authentic and lovely about Nick's talent and his simple but beautiful singing style that just makes it so sad to realize he's gone. While his was a life well-lived, it ended far too early and we can only imagine to what he might have gone on in his career. Amanda must be devastated. I wish there was more anyone could do.
