@@jeovecabalquinto It was the end of a French generation anyway, with Stravius and Gilot retiring, and France don't have the talent pool USA have anyway.

Lezac Time reaction: 0.04. (0.02 would have been a disqualification because it is considered physically impossible to react that quickly).

Sorry but this is rubbish he wasn’t starting first, so is 100% possible to react quicker as they watching swimmer come in, the rule is +/- 0.09 from mfg starting pt, which is -0.03 for omega equipment. I have seen reaction times of zero at competitive meets.
