She was so beging her time, so authentic, so genuine, and I hope she knows that, although now no longer with us, she has touched me my whole life. As a Caucasian male, Maya Angelou has always been the inspiration that I put down. Now at 35, I still watch ever single thing she’s done and read every single thing she has written. She really has made me into who I am today.

“Be a rainbow in someone’s else’s cloud” Maya. Such a beautiful sediment. I love that. Rainbows are one of the great wonders seen after the rain. We can stay sane. Because when we see it. We can believe it. It’s not an illusion. To start confusion. It’s a God of something more. It’s not a chore. Live some more. Thank you for your inspiration Maya. It’s your powerful words I desire. You are a great burning fire. Gone but not forgotten. For Maya.

Thank you ma. Thank you for speaking to me even in the beyond. I know you've found peace but I wonder why me? How me? I'm inadequate. I'm stubborn. I've even become Abit of a user around those that show up for me. I'm Abit ashamed to admit it but it's true. I don't feel worthy of these levels of wisdom, but somehow I know they're exactly what I need. Thank you for being you, it's evident to see the impact you made on so many. I just wonder if I really have what it takes to accomplish such

I so wanted to agree... but you know what, no...if you stand up for what's right, people dont' say "oh she's so sweet"... not in ANY environment. I've experienced this in family dynamics and toxic workplaces, let me tell you, bravery is not always easy and you can certain ruffle feathers if you stand up for what's right.

There is no objective right and wrong. But if your morals are aligned with good principles. Like that - treat others like you want to be treated yourself. Then follow your inner sense of "right". Be truthful to yourself.

Humanity is doing what they teach; but what we teach should please our CREATOR & most definitely obeying Him; Home authority worked for me,safe: I questioned & challenged not my parental guidance. Today's humanity's majority as yesterdays have all kinds of truths & excuses to straddle, ice cream and cake the fences Nonetheless, please GOD, being as a rainbow in the clouds is a beautiful reminder of love, faith and hope.
