The prices are wild for being cramped up on your neighbors with no space, no pool, no screened in patio, no fence, etc. don’t get me wrong the houses are nice but the price just seems off.

I get where you are coming from. Though you are buying in Nocatee for the neighborhood more than the house. Makes your life very convenient living there. If you have kids you can feel good about them playing in the neighborhood and going to the Waterpark
