@Grayson King I saw a similar post like yours, but it recommended a different InstaApp. Back when I was a kid that was usually the extent of this sort of thing, but I'm glad to see using multiple accounts has caught on. With that said, I used InStapORtAL too and I hacked myself or something. Check it out today!

Jesus doesn’t only reference hell, he describes it in great detail. He says it is a place of eternal torment (Luke 16:23), of unquenchable fire (Mark 9:43), where the worm does not die (Mark 9:48), where people will gnash their teeth in anguish and regret (Matt. 13:42), and from which there is no return, even to warn loved ones (Luke 16:19-31). He calls hell a place of “outer darkness” (Matt. 25:30),

When he said "when you land a trick... everything lights up... its crazy.. but its hollow.. it cant drive you" So many people I love think I am crazy and suicidal or I just want to flex with these amazing pictured we do.... thats not what I want... They ignore the lifestyle.. the training... countless hours at the gym.. the travels and people you meet along the journey.. the planning behind not being caught or making it as safe.as.possible Thats exactly what drives me.

Rodney is a Savant' You can hear his passion when he speaks, this is why he cries by the end of most conversations, He also forms pictures with his hands and mind when he speaks, so when he sk8's he truly is creating the art in his mind first, then bringing it to life through his body. This is the definition of a true artist and his canvas is the world, and his brush is the skateboard, there will most likely not be another Rodney Mullen of our time.

The guy regarded as the greatest street skater in the world, who has the respect of all skateboarders worldwide, basically says that the admiration that came with his stature was exciting, but ultimately hollow and unfulfilling, and that the satisfaction of accomplishing what he set out to do, and loving every minute of it, even through the hard times, is what really fulfilled him and mattered the most. Lots of lessons to be learned in that.

This interview broke down more walls than my parents, loved ones and people I looked up to have ever had. I don’t know Why I feel so broken in tears right now. Just thinking why I let people defer me for doing was drives me, what I love to do and care nothing about the fam and success it gives me. Why I pushed away the thing that speaks to me and defines me. I hope one day I get to meet him someday. Love you Rodney.

Darkcloud1983 This is good! This is true for so many probably most of us. Look for this yearning. As Mullen says: cultivate it. You probably have to work hard to give it space and priority since your brain is not at all used to it. What it’s all about: it’s intangible. May you (re)find your piano or harpsichord! And be grateful.

Agree with both of you. He touches on this issue a bit, society will "tell you" to play it safe. Just keep status quo. Just keep your crown. That's when the fire goes out. At 54 I believe that though you always want to be working on something and progressing, that you must also find ways to take life in and find enjoyment with everything you can along the way. In the past I'd bust my as&%, achieve, feel unfulfilled, then sabotage with drink, feel guilty, and start achieving again. Plan and work for tomorrow "while" enjoying today!

I had a promising trajectory with a skateboard career.... was flow for DC. Watching this makes me realize what drugs robbed me of... not the potential game or "success" .... It took something fun, Intuitive, something that made me who I am away from me..... It has robbed me of ten years of my life.. just pushed my fiance away with my addiction last year. Still recovering. Trying to move forward and heal . The drugs have changed my life. I live somewhere totally different, no social life. I make music and art but I think one of the biggest missing pieces is my board. It's such a spiritual journey to be a human let alone a skateboarder.

Greatest skateboarder/ person of all time dude just has so much knowledge and has peace and serenity in his life and in his heart. He is a god send. Every skateboarder in the world who finds joy in landing that trick you struggled with for so long owes this man. Much love to Rodney! It wasn't Tony Hawk who made me want to skate it was this guy!! So much talent wish he didn't age man for real the things he could do can do on a board I miss watching his tapes

Growing up in the 90's and early 2000's me and my friends would try some of rodneys signature tricks for months. I don't think any of us ever got them down, despite all loving skating and doing it daily. The man was SO good it is hard to put into words.

😭 this is stunning. Absolutely beautiful. Been skating since 1988. I admired him back then and can’t believe the power of his words and the impact he has had on us today as skaters, but more importantly as human beings.

My life started out horrible, raised in a broken drug filled home. I remember i wanted to be a professional street dancer, then one Christmas my older brother bought me a Ryan sheckler plan b board. The moment I stepped foot onto that board it completely changed my life forever. It rescued me from a bad place, gave me hope, taught me commitment, how to fall, how to get up, how to never allow anything or anyone keep me from what I know I can accomplish. I've back slide, I'll return one day
