carrier charge by labour is so expensive in my hilly state ,1 bag of cement bringing up hill (110-150 stairs or walk )is 100 per bag , 1tata truck bricks by 8 labours is 20k

@@kbnegi6879 Not sure why they are considered tribals? They are a land-owning community and they are natives of HP. Also, land-owning means they are wealthy, not many Indians have land to their name. Tribal label, in India, has a negative connotation as if they were some poor backward community. They certainly are living a life better than most Indians, and definitely a living standard of a 1st world country. I live in the West, and to get that view and clean air, you will have to pay thousands of dollars to afford this kind of luxury, which most Indians can't.
