Can't cross the bridge anymore. They put signs up and have it blocked off. It's still standing, but it's rapidly decaying. This park is not in a nice area. Do not visit alone or at night.

this place is beautiful when it's snowing - just stay off the bridge because there have been a few times where the holes were covered with snow and I just about bought the farm

It's said that Ohio used to be the *Silicon Valley* of the Industrial Revolution in the US. The major rivers, rail transport, access to several forms or power and raw materials. It's a cautionary tale for the whole USofA now.

I’m surprised it wasn’t recycled for the steel during WW2. Must have already been forgotten.

Cool, my old stomping ground, used to hang out there a lot when I still lived in Euclid.

There is a house up there before the bridge to the left. Be careful not to go onto their property. Park at the park at the bottom right and walk up. Watch your step but in all the structure is still very stable considering

That's pretty cool. He's brave walking on it from the look of the bridge. It's a shame it was never finished
@joeyrosson Жыл бұрын
brave for walking on it lol, we ride atvs there in the woods we fly right down that bridge and rip right up the hillclimb underneath

HILLANDALE. That place.. I spent a *lot* of time in those woods about 20 years back. And I swear, the path you walked today might not be there tomorrow. Haven't been back in ages.

If you take 90E then go around the fork heading to 271, the woods on your right is it. Goes right up behind what used to be called Loehmanns Plaza, and all the way to Richmond Rd on the western edge.
