You don't use the SR lance for damage, it's a Shatter weapon, you use it for breaking shields if you don't have someone like King's scythe, so it's VERY useful.

Although the general ideas make sense, this misses to take into account elements and Weapon Resonance effects. And new players should be aware of those. Just like in Genshin or Alchemy Stars, an S tier character alone won’t do much, specially at end game. So you gotta decide which element you’re going with, and also which Weapon Resonance you wanna play (which matters in multiplayer unless you’re a giga-whale). And depending on those choices the “S tier” might be useless for your purposes. But this is more a problem with tier lists in general. They can be highly misleading out of context. It would be more useful to rank them by category in addition to in general. Like “If you wanna be a tank this is S tier, if you don’t then it’s D tier, because this is a tank weapon useful for Fortitude resonance teams.” And “In general, being a tank is only useful if you don’t have a whale on your team, and it’s very useful in end-game but not that meaningful in the beginning.”

Looks like I got myself the worst SSR weapon "The Onion Ring". Unless it has some hidden potential we're missing. That's a great start of my playthrough. 🤣

It’s not the worst ssr, but one of the best as of now. If you look at other guides and tier list, it’s always king, samir and “the onion ring” shiro.

@@suminkisses I dunno, she kind of sucks hard. While the damage is okay, the speed...is lacking. I prefer the the ninja dude with dual blades. Fast, efficient and while his basic damage is lower, with speed alone he easily surpasses Shiro's damage no matter how you look at it.

I wasn't sure if I should go for nemesis since I have samir, but seeing how it's recommended to get dupes, I'll probably just save. The game gave me two zeros so he could be my shielder/healer. I also got cocoritter, so it's not that I need healing, but idk I'll think about it.

If you wanna heal seriously then you’d need 2 healers on the team anyway, for the benediction bonus which doubles your healing solo and triples it in a party. And Nemesis is good not just for being a healer, but for being a Volt healer for volt teams. (Although she was nerfed for the global release, making her a much more optional and less OP weapon.) Many new cool weapons/characters are coming though, so it is almost always wiser to save. :)

@Athsuran Baltezan thanks for the info. I didn't know about the healing bonus, and yeah, I think I'll just save. I'd have to spend more than $100 to get 3 copies, especially since it's still 50/50 unless I'm lucky. The games too new to drop that kind of money just yet. I don't mind spending money, but I have to have the hrs in already to validate spending money. The game is great so far, and I do see myself playing long-term but still too early to drop $100+.

The only one I disagree with is Tsubasa. I really love her kit and she's prolly not gonna be "out meta" any time soon. Her 1st copy is such a good addition for my synergy. Definitely an S tier.

Yeah thats true, if u dont plan on going flr a couple claudia or want to commit to an ice team in the future (frigg and saki) tsubasa is a good investment

tsubasa is actually the only weapon, that still has a place in the current cn meta, which has so many limited weapons already.

@@TheSyNo yeah thats ture, she still will be the one weapon that will remain relevant the longest (except for crow and samir if you got nemesis). even a 15% buff across all your other weapons is quite good and might be the best option until you get one of the elemental resonance weapons to build your setup around. well, ppl who got nemesis can already do that. just play nemesis with either samir or crow, throw in a shield breaker, and im pretty sure it will be the strongest setup possible rn, for quite some time too. bc resonance is a permanent 20% dmg buff for either crow or samir and the next elemental resonance is further away i believe.

I feel like Ene and Pepper is a head above the other SR simply because of their utility. Ene is a great shield breaker if you don't have King or Meryl and you Pepper is a serviceable healer. The others are trash tho (except for Bai Ling who's barely above trash) especially Echo lmao. She is severely overshadowed by Ene in the shield break department and the only thing going for her is her element.

Ngl the optimization is pretty bad on iphone which is a rarity, usually other games have better overall optimization on iphone. I'm on iphone 13 and still have some stuttering issue, so I just moved on to PC.
