Is a commute from Biltmore/Arcadia to far west Glendale (Luke AFB) feasible? I'm torn between this area and living in North Peoria.

It's feasible if work is at Luke AFB. You'll be driving away from the traffic. If you don't mind a 35 min commute or so.
