Yea he was wrong about where the “real” dj was on Kevin and Perry. it was the same place but it was on the same level as where Kevin and Perry was above the big graphic equaliser. Seems there is some scaffold rig there now for lighting. The big steam cannon was across the room from the dj just below the VIP lounge.

First time at Amnesia was 2017 watching Marco Carola. The place was packed. Huge drop and the place erupted. Best feeling ever. Went back in 2019 watching Eats Everything all night long. Absolute banger of a night. My ears were ringing for 3 days after. Can’t wait to get back in 2022…..even though I’m 43.

My first time was in June 2014. I was there with my girlfriend. And her friend got tickets for the three of us to get in. We were immediately taken to the main room by security, exactly where you entered in your video. I was impressed by the light and the sound and the people. That was a special evening that I always will remember.

Firstly, fantastic sweeps of the club by the drone operator....flying up stairs, through hand-rails, between both rooms, over the DJ booth, until finally coming to rest pointing at the "Amnesia" logo. Really great footage! And seemingly, all in a single take with no cuts! Secondly, my first time in Amnesia (which occurred the first time I went to Ibiza in 2001) was at GODS KITCHEN (a trance night), on Thursday nights. These were the years when Ferry Corsten was huge and doing his best work. The nights at Gods Kitchen really hammered home my desire and need to come back to Ibiza year after year and enjoy the club scene, which i've done since then (except 2020). I aim to be back twice in 2022.

Went in 97 and saw Oakie and Dave Ralph DJ in the main room. I remember the massive JBL horns and the light coming up in the courtyard. The sound system for a JBL rigg (Junk but loud) was actually one of the best on the Island. Amazing club.

My absolute favourite club!!!! First time I was 17 in 2005. Cream on Thursday nights. My life changed forever that very night. There hasn’t been a year since where I haven’t set foot in that club. Wow, how much this club has evolved since I first went in 1987 as an 18 year old. Back then it was still open air and the Legend Alfredo reigned supreme. Over the years I've seen the transformation through the 90's when Cream was the night to be at or Cocoon with Sven Vath. For me the naughties took a dip with some hit and miss nights. I have played at Privelage in 2001 but it was always Amnesia which influenced my musical style and where I've always wanted to play. It's the one that got away. An amazing history and an amazing club. I'd love them to do a 1987-90 reunion.

Out of all the clubs on the island and i went to a few of them Amnesia holds a special place in the heart and memories. Went there a few time in the mid-late 90's just loved the ambience of the place from the main part to next door which one year Cream ( Thursday night ) was in there. Also some of the filming of Ibiza uncovered was done in there as well. Seeing the inside i do remember seeing the DJ booth on the upper level and not on the dance floor where it is now.

For me the greatest club I’ve been too, it had everything from the dark main room and the surreal terrace, some amazing nights there that date back to my first visit in 1998 through to 2005, I was even there when Kevin & Perry was filmed, to be honest I didn’t have a clue what was going on but they filmed between Guy Ornadel & Seb Fontaine’s set at Cream, Harry Enfield was asking the crowd to boo and cheer at various points! Other highlights are Tiesto in 2004, the best tech trance set I’ve ever heard and Cocoon where Sven Vath has tore the main room down many times, particularly remember a Marco Carola Cocoon night that flashed past in about 10 mins it was so good!

I’ve been to ibiza twice, I went to amnesia in 2018 the first time I went. And it absolutely blew my mind, I spent most of my night in the club room having a class time, and I walked up that ramp under the arch way to go onto the terrace, it was Elrow, and its had me facinated ever since, lookin back on the night i was never able to get my bearings with the club (probably because I was too out of it) so its good seeing it empty and in light haha. Can’t wait to go back. I had a one way flight booked in 2020 but No need to explain why that never went ahead haha. Good video tho mate

I have some amazing memories of the place, but it's really hard to put my memories against how the club looks in your video. Nightclubs always look _very_ different empty in the daytime! I could have sworn the DJ booth in the main room was higher than it looks here, and I seem to remember the terrace had some trees in it?? But really cool to see it like this, great video!

Had some great nights in there stretching back to the 90s. Loved the Cocoon nights later on and favourite was probably when Dubfire played the Terrace. He dropped a dance remix of one of my favourite ever tunes by my favourite band Depeche Mode. That tune was Behind the Wheel from the Music for the Masses album. Pivotol moment for me because i first heard Depeche Mode play this live in reunified Berlin on 1990s World Violation tour. Was a big buzz hearing a remix of it 20 years later in my favourite Club by one of my favourite Djs on the Magical island. Will be there again and in Amnesia in 5 weeks time nearly another 15 years later. 🙌

Thank you so much for your Ibiza club tours. First went here in 2003 to see Tiesto. Been my favourite club in the world ever since. It’s tragic that Cream is no longer running in Ibiza. My happiest place is on the Main room dance floor as the bass kicks in and the smoke cannon fires. Magical!

1990 was my first experience the first year with the arched glass retractable roof which when they opened it and you could see the stars the DJ was high up was great when the sun came up There was a chill out bit was only small with the mirrored pyramid everyone used to sit round it if i remember there was a old red phonebox up there too it was open air that bit so when you walked back in to the main room that sound system wow. They covered all the open top roofs KU as well KU was before Privilege in about 96 i think?? Lived there 92 and 93 Happy Days Every thing changes its a new era now. Grab it and enjoy cause Ibiza can change your life 😊

Awesome video, brought back so many great memories.... I was there in 2005 I think for Cream (v Heat I think), Marco V and Eddie in full tech trance mode, I loved it - not sure the rest of my crew did! We also went the night before where the terrace was essentially a gay night I think - topless muscled blokes in blue jeans I remember..lol. The music in the man room was fairly commercial house and my party much preferred that to the hard trance the next night. I remember our 'taxi' was stopped by the police on the way back - we had to pretend he was our mate.
