Best parenting advice I was eve given: put em outside or put em in water. Amazing what wonders some fresh air or a bath can do for our (and our children's) moods.

I Always enjoy watching your videos ❤ You’re such an amazing mom. Give some credit to what you do and don’t think that you need to be “productive” while staying at home taking care of your children. There’s absolutely no other way to be more ‘productive’ than keeping two kids alive!

New mommy here! My daughter struggled with reflux, so I have been dairy free. She also goes to the chiropractor 3x a week and it has done wonders for her!! She use to need gas drops after every feed but we rarely use them now :)

My daughter had silent reflux….we did famotidine, I went dairy free (pumping), and we gave bottles with her in a more upright position or special side hold (my husband often used our ergo baby bouncer to feed which was actually really effective 🤷♀️). I honestly don’t remember when she outgrew it because that first year was such a blur (she’s almost 2 now). But we survived 💗

Thank you for always showing the realness of your life. I don't feel alone as I just need to cry sometimes as a new mom. It's encouraging to know I need to just get out even if it takes me an hour. Lol And I love that Toy Story 3 literally just happened in your home! Woody qnd his clan are so excited to be loved again! 😂

My friend's babe had silent reflux & she went completely dairy free since she was nursing, got on reflux medicine, and took her to the chiropractor every 2-3 weeks and it made such a HUGE difference!! They also tried to keep her upright or on her belly to get as many burps out as she could. A "normal" amount of burping for her would be about 6 burps after a feeding!! She really started to turn a corner around 4 months. By 6 months she was a super happy baby! ❤

Hi Emma. I recently subscribed to your channel. I'm also a SAHM. I appreciate this vlog and the tips you shared. Getting outside and playing worship music also helps me when I'm having a rough morning or day. -Janis

Veteran mom here and my 2nd baby had reflux. One thing that saved my sanity was an exersaucer (once he was old enough) bc it kept him upright. Good news is he outgrew it and is a healthy 16 yo now 🥰

Thank you for sharing:). My son was never diagnosed with reflux, but he spit up all the time, would cry all the time, inconsolably, and explosive poops. I couldn’t put him down and even sit down myself. I had to walk around constantly. I didn’t really figure out anything until we got to potty training and realized that he couldn’t have dairy. I wish I would have tried to eliminate that from my diet, it might have helped his tummy:(. But I asked, and none of the doctors or nurses thought there was a correlation. Things will get better eventually and it won’t last forever tho❤. I love how you check in with yourself and find the good in a not so good day, very helpful! Another tip… find other moms of toddlers to hang around with and see as much as possible, helped me greatly!

Interesting because she doesn’t let me set her down and i can’t sit while I hold her either! Thanks for sharing🫶

I'm new here! So true about the rough times, it's a moment and not a location. Popsicle baths have saved me many times when it was too yucky outside. A bath with toys and a popsicle almost always combats chaos :). Go with your instincts on the reflux. I've had one with reflux, but it was by no means the silent kind :).

My 4mo has silent reflux and we tried famotidine. It didn’t work, so we went to omeprazole. We literally couldn’t have gone without it. We’ve tried weaning him twice and he was in so much pain and screaming. He also has a milk allergy so idk if that impacts the fact that he still has it.
